While part of a large regional newspaper group, I saw a reoccurring problem. Most small business owners and entrepreneurs struggle with effectively marketing their services and products because they did not have a solid foundation that would make advertising work.

Hi! I am Heather Marine, owner of Elephant Mountain Creative!
An experienced, university-educated graphic designer and marketer. And yes, I climb mountains.
I am originally from Iowa but found my way to the mountains of western Colorado in 2008 with my husband and partner in shenanigans.
Like many others, I operated on a freelance basis for years while employed doing marketing, design, and sales for other companies. Then after working for over a decade for others, I made a plan and took the plunge!
It just so happened it was just days before the COVID-19 pandemic hit Colorado. But I had a plan and it’s been the best decision for my family and me. I love what I get to do every day and value the trust people place in me to help them with their businesses.
