Website Design & Branding

The Redstone Art Foundation

Have you ever feel stuck in the same routine? That’s exactly what was happening at the Redstone Art Foundation.

For the past 24 years, board members of the Redstone Art Foundation, an amazing nonprofit in the Crystal River Valley in Colorado had been doing things the “old-fashion way” for years. In order to continue to be able to fulfill their mission, they needed to refresh and modernize the organization’s marketing and develop their brand.

The transformation resulted in new ways to effectively reach existing members and new people, attracting new artists, and revitalize their organization.

The Transformation

BEFORE

Their marketing and online presence didn’t represent the level of commitment or quality of the organization, unfortunately.

With more and more people using online resources for information they need an upgrade and to be found online.

It was time to retire their DIY website. It was time to step up their game with a professional brand and logo that would create consistency in marketing.

The group was ready and excited to dig into a new chapter. They wanted to reach more people not just locally but regionally to create more excitement and enthusiasm around their events and annual Labor Day Weekend Art Show.

AFTER:

There was a total transformation that took the organization to a new level of professionalism and impact. This website has created a new online stream of revenue for the organization that never existed previously.

Logo and Brand Identity: A new simple but elegant logo was created that incorporates the feeling of beautiful art and the inspiring scenery of the area. We established the brand identity as well to allow for consistency in all of the Redstone Art Foundations marketing and communications.

Modern, Mobile Responsive Website: This new Squarespace website allows for online registration for the organization’s events, and allows for online donations. This was a major upgrade. New headlines and calls to action were created to improve flow and readability. A group of members was trained on how to update and maintain the website.

Creative Graphic Design: To maintain consistency, we created print and digital marketing materials for the Redstone Paint Out, membership drives and the Annual Redstone Labor Day Art Show

Fundraising: We integrated GiveButter into the website to take online payments and donations by credit card or banking information. GiveButter offers a lower transaction fee for non-profits and a way for users to cover the cost of transaction fees.

Email Marketing: A e-newsletter template was created with flexibility to be used for annual membership drives, communications with members for events, and communication with artists.
